Edit: I did not mention stained caulking. I mentioned grout. I knew they couldn't do anything about the caulking. The rest of the grout that is not caulking is still stained. Again, you are trying to make me feel like I'm ridiculous for complaining, as did your representative earlier, and did not address any other concerns I had.
