It is advisable to consider a different company. The owner, David, has poor communication skills. Additionally, a separate company responsible for the sale, measurement, and installation of the shutters has negative opinions about the owner. No one has taken responsibility for the poor service, lack of communication, delays, and now we are left with four shutters that obstruct 11 inches of our windows. Needed a couple front window shutters and a custom skylight cover. David was able to come over for a consult the same day I contacted The Blinds Side. He was super professional and friendly and answered all my questions. The entire process was extremely smooth, the installers Aaron & Donald were extremely nice and were in and out in under 2 hours on the installation day. Would highly recommend this company to others.
