I have not satisfied with my experience with Bath Authority. I wish had did 3 interviews instead of going with my first choice . Also I was billed before they started the job. And I was told the job would take a day and half. One person has been working on my bathroom since last Thursday when they started . took a whole week. I waa told today . May 21st. They will be finished . but I still see some issues .

My new shower looks amazing! And the worker Travis was so professional! Highly recommend!

Installers (Ryan and Jay) were professional and knowledgeable regarding the product. Also, Clean-up was great. Would have no hesitation to hire these men for future projects.
