The worst service I have ever gotten from a repair shop. It has been almost 30 days. No Callback no response. No explanation aside from parts are being ordered but I had to call to get that information otherwise I would’ve never heard anything else! don’t use these people better off just buying a new appliance then getting a repair through these guys!!! Same day service for my thermador appliance. Best service fee that I have found, much lower than many other companies. They were $40 lower than Sears. They also fixed my appliance the same day. Most companies I called only had 2 days out or more. Its been 30 days since repair and so far I have had no problems and am extremely happy. They go above and beyond the average joe and offer us a discounted diagnostic fee, way below the industry average because we give them bulk business.
