Unresponsive. Kaden and Texas Veteran Lawn Care Service were great on the first cut for one of my car wash facility locations. However, since then, scheduled cut sessions have not taken place, follow up responses to see when he or his staff are coming have not happened, and unfortunately, I will now have to seek services elsewhere. Communication is a necessity in business.

These guys did an awesome job on my yard. Showed up when they said they would and knocked everything out quick. Lawn looks super clean, edges are sharp, everything trimmed up nice, and they left it looking way better than I expected. Easy to work with and priced fair too. Definitely gonna keep using them.
