Overall I think Troy and Shawn did a very good job with my pool. Good parts: Troy and I repeatedly iterated the pool design, finished on version 12G, and it was worth paying attention to details. Shawn, the building manager, answered more questions of mine than I can count. I opted for a jewelscape plaster and when they acid washed it the entire pool glittered like a million gem stones.
