Remember when you had a problem and the person you called to fix it cared more about fixing the problem than taking all of your money? Neither did I, until Terry came over. Charged a fraction of the price as anyone else, didn’t try and upsell me on a $10,000 job I didn’t need, and followed up to make sure everything was right. Wouldn’t consider calling anyone else.

Mandatory $90 "visit fee", won't even attempt a quote for any work regardless of scope without the potential client paying this ransom first.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Trustworthy and knowledgeable. I called Terrys plumbing late on a Sunday with the basement drain backing up and flooding with any water usage. Rather than charging an emergency service fee to come out that day, he talked me through steps to manage the issue for the evening. They came out first thing Monday morning to unclog everything! Very happy with them and they will get my business every time.
