Curtis made good work, under warranty, done by his cousin, who has since gone out of business. He corrected the issue on the flat roof coating and provided proof of repair so we could provide to buyers under a deadline for close of sale. Thank you Curtis!

We received a quote from Curtis and had a few questions. He answered our questions and on Sept 9, we told him we were ready to replace 6 skylights and resurface our roof. He said he was about two weeks out. Since then he ghosted us. I sent him a text on Sept 14 and again on Sept 24. He did not respond so I ended up getting another contractor. This is not how you build a good reputation, but maybe I should be glad I didn’t give him the 50% down payment since we hadn’t signed a contract yet
