I have the panels In my roof for almost one year and they don’t work, Now Terra charges $161 every month and my clay county Electry Company still charges every month, this is a disaster, the contract supposed be $140 at month and 0 to the electric company, I don’t know what to do??????

Signed in July 2025, after repeated delays with installation and activation, I finally received PTO in March 2026. 29 405w panels - 11.75 kw system At the time of signing I was offered a $500 Amazon GC, don’t fall for that if they offer it, they lied. Initial communication during the first few months was abysmal, they gave me a new POC with better success. I was also informed the panel manufacture was going to be Canadian Solar however they installed JA Solar (less costs I imagine) instead.
