Matthew is very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the explanation and service from him. However, don't sign up rodent extermination with Terminix. I scheduled multiple appointments but they kept canceling on me and never showed up again. I still have traps in my attic space, but Terminix never showed up to remove and change the traps.
