Jeff did a great job to help us remedy our solution. I was very impressed with his communication and customer service towards us. We had screens placed on our attic vents and Jeff went above and beyond to help us make it look good including a black screen and screws to match our vent.

We have been customers of Terminix twice now, both times we felt fine with their services and even recommended them to our friends and families. That ended in March of 2026 when Justin came to do a home exclusion, he doesn’t understand how to do the job or he’s a scam artist trying to rise up the ranks by nickel and diming every little thing he can.
