I had a service schedule for the 29th of November. The young lady called the day before to confirm and the day of the appointment it was a no call or a no show. I called a few times but no one would pick up the phone I even left a message still no response. Fast forward to today the 6th of December I called and the young lady answered the phone and I explained to her the issue and her response was I'm not sure why that happened I don't have a reason or excuse to why no one showed up.
