Terrible communication. Daniel was hard to work with. Verbal instruction that was communicated to him was not understood. We asked to have a 3" drain plumbed into our patio which he said he could do, then when it cam time to do it he said he did not know how. We asked for Semi Circle Steps and he gave us rectangular ones. He was supposed to leave 2.5" of space for the mason to do rock work and he left 4". His crew damaged our hot tub cover which he refused to take responsibility for. THe
