We were quoted 2,200 to replace a circulation pump on the water heater to diminish the time for water to get hot. Seemed extremely high to me, but hubby signed off on it, so there we were. Plumber came back the next day, installed the thing in about 30 minutes, after showing up two hours later than the time frame quoted. Turns out nothing worked. This company is not a 24 hour service. They are misrepresenting that they are on their Google business page, which wastes people’s time. I would know. I called this company for help with an emergency and the woman told me they would not be able to send someone to help me until regular business hours. Ok, so don’t waste other people’s time, especially when they are having an emergency situation, with false advertising. So lame.

Such a well run and reliable business! They are always communicative, prompt, helpful, honest, and well priced. I’ve called them for a couple different plumbing needs (mysterious leak under the kitchen sink, and clogged toilet), and have been super happy with their service every time. For the toilet clog, their price was $80 less than what others quoted me, which I really appreciated. Their availability is great too and they can always come out within 1-2 days. Used Team Rooter to install toilets, replace old cast iron drains and sewer line. The work wasn't cheap but worth it for quality and professionalism. Overall, we're pleased with the work and appreciate that they'll stand by it with warranty on installation and material. Thank you for doing an excellent job!

This company has a habit of coming out for a routine call and then saying they can’t fix it without a bunch of extra work in the amount of $4500. They cut a hole in my bathroom drywall because they couldn’t unclog the bath drain and said they needed access the drain and install clean out.
