Horrible experience. He barely got the drain cleared - he told me he got a small hole enough for some water to go thru temporarily and we need to spend 1k to clean it properly. A total scam. He spent 5 minutes putting a small hole in it and it already is very slow again. He walked into our crawl space which has a dirt floor then walked into the house with no booties.
