Horrible time trying to get my solar system repaired. It started with a roof replacement, which went by without much trouble, but some damage was seen on the solar panel equipment. It took 3 months to get a tech to replace the components, but the system still did not work. Since then, no one came out or proactively reached out to me in order to get a fix complete. I was just forced to pay another electrician to fix their mistake, which was a simple refresh of the inverter onto the wifi. Horrible

Just had my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall installation. They did an excellent job at a great price. The management and installation teams were great. Very easy to work with and did a professional job and cleanup. Last but not least they did a great job of setting up and explaining the tools requested to managed the tools. They led the process of getting the power, hoa and city permits.

Tarrant Solar Service was wonderful and the Technician was on time. Profession and knowledgeable. Extremely, satisfied with this experience. I seldom give 5 stars on surveys, but they earned it, I highly recommend Tarrant Solar as the number one company to deal with here in the Metroplex.

We had purchased a home solar system from another company about 3 years ago. The system we were promised, was not the system they installed. The system has been a failure since it was installed.
