Great expierance. I had the gas tankless hot water heater serviced again, regular routine yearly service. The service was great, the heater works perfectly and has been a real savings. P.S. - No one should ever use Frank Gay.

Heather and Lauren were very helpful and understanding my concern of paying full before all work is done including the county inspection and the permit to close and waited for work has completed. The gas service has not turned on yet and the unit is not turned on but the younger Kevin explained me in details how to set it up and turn on the unit. looking forward to have continuous hot water without running out.
