Absolutely beyond unacceptable. This company completely wasted hours of my time and put my business at risk. I called and very clearly explained that I had a commercial roll-up steel door off track and stuck halfway open, leaving the property exposed. I was told multiple times, by multiple people, “No problem, we’ll get someone out today.” That was a lie.
