We ordered a closet from them and we were happy. However we have been trying to order a shelf from them since the installation and their communication has been less than stellar. My wife sent Jay a text asking if she could buy an extra shelf, he didn't reply. She text him again and he told us they could order the shelf but we would have to pick it up in Norcross. She replied and asked if we could pay for it to be shipped to us and we have not heard back from him and that was about 2 weeks ago.

The service and professionalism is above all others. Great team to work with
