Hugo and his team did a very nice job trimming my tree; however, the job was not fully completed. They were supposed to trim the tree and remove a portion of stump that was coming up from the ground. Hugo mentioned they would return within 30 days to remove the roots/stump. After 60 days passed I noticed the stump had not been removed. Unfortunately, I paid upfront for the full job, and my subsequent text asking about the removal of the stump went unanswered. I’m giving three stars because the
