I needed a plummer and this biz had decent ratings. The woman I spoke to could/would not give me any ballpark amount that a call would cost to get my slow kitchen drain running again. I had to keep looking and trying myself to get it open. I did...the next day. I texted and left a voice mail SD stating I would not need that house call on Sat. They lost a good customer.

I called Tony to get a 2nd opinion on an estimate to replace tub faucet and knobs. Not only did they get it done same day but also at a much more reasonable price. Our sump pump on the well just died after 25 years of faithful pumping. T. Smith sent out his people and they found a crazy set up the original owners had installed. They installed a new pump but the water didn't pump so they tried to instruct is over the phone how to fix it. I finally said this isn't something in our wheelhouse of skills and, at 7pm on a Friday night, the most polite and diligent worker named DJ came out and spent several hours in the dark in our woodsy backyard fixing our prob
