We had a squadron of javelina's visiting our yard and making a mess of my gardens. Todd came out to look at our situation, make a recommendation, and even helped me pick the design for our new gate. With a reasonable rush fee, they had the new gate installed a week later. From the showroom staff to salesman Todd, to the installers, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Beautiful work ethics ... they cleaned everything up, we're respectful of our yard and we're very hard-working on all of it. I ordered a small 38" gate for my backyard. Was told 4 weeks for delivery/install. I have called 4 times after two months to get an update - no call back. I have already paid because we were going to be out of town at the 4 week mark and I didn't want to hold up payment for them. Another 5 weeks have passed and still no gate. Update: Few days later they installed a beautiful gate. Thank you. It was perfect. Just took longer than expected. Very happy with the product.

I've tried for about three weeks to get a call from them to set up an appointment to measure for 2 security screen doors. The first time, we visited their showroom and told we should receive a call by the end of the week. Next week I called them on Monday and they assured me I would get a call this week.
