They have an online bill pay option finally. I forgot to set up auto pay and they did turn the gas off. So yeah they don't mess with late payment. Let's see how long one waits to get the gas turned back on and I may adjust this in kind.

My gas bill was due on the 20th. They turned it off on the 17th and when I asked why they did that they said it was late. Terrible terrible company.
