Just ordered from sweetwater for the first time, and got me a set of strings. I decided to tune my D string a little too high about a week after receiving and it broke which was completely on me. I reached out to one of the service members Kyle who was sure to ask me if everything arrived on time and in good condition(which they did)! When I let him know about the broken string he offered to send me out a new set on the house before I even asked! I will definitely continue to order from sweetwat
