They were friendly, respectful, done in a timely manner, good reasonable price

In February 2026 had a problem with one skylight. Tried to contact them multiple ways including social media but no answer. Additionally we were not able to file for the tax credit they assured us we could get because the Velex company did not get the required registrations and Surf and Turf of course was not available for info they supposedly had. Not happy.

have been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of this compay to fix a leak in my new roof they did and have not gotten and responses. i would not recommend based off of this bad experience, once they get their money they dont want to hold up their end of the warranty
