John did so much more than I expected!! I was hoping he could remove some of the dirt so I could paint and stain. Instead, he soaked everything, used a power scrubber, and then carefully power washed the fence and patio. Just look at the pictures...night and day! Additionally, he is reasonable, pleasant, and very interested in your satisfaction. Above and beyond...5+ stars.
