My previous experience with this company, back when they were called Supreme Air, was great when they installed my geothermal system around 10 years ago. This time, however, when I called them to fix a loud grinding noise coming from the air handler, went very poorly. I had a hole emerge from my main water supply line in my house, and I called Supreme Service Today and they responded with a technician within 6 hrs (my Home Warranty Company had over 15 hrs to find a technician, but ultimately authorized me to find one on my own). Joseph was very prompt, courteous, and extremely professional, could not have been happier with him or his highest quality of work!
