I hired Supershine to install a pellet stove at the end of September. They forgot to give me an invoice, so I requested one and was told they would send one out by email the following Monday. They have not sent it yet and I have requested it a total 4 time since then over While the work was good, their customer service is not.

Great company and professional. On time and very thorough. Good communication and helpful. Will definitely use again
