Most importantly, I was working under a tight deadline because the sale of my home was about to close. The entire staff, from administration to the tradespeople, was phenomenal. I paid for a sewer line camera inspection and was initially refused access to the video/report unless I signed a liability waiver *after* the work had already been completed and paid for. The waiver stated that I would release the company from liability related to hydro-jetting risks, including property damage or personal injury.
