I’ve been extremely disappointed with SRC. We hired SRC to oversee a large renovation project. Shayne and his team blew the timeline, installed things out of order, failed to follow the design specifications that were clearly laid out by the designer and most importantly created an environment that fostered an incredible amount of mold growth. SRC allowed the temperature inside the house to spike over 100 degrees with 84% humidity. It resulted in three different types of toxic molds growing
