I had a service call with them about a year ago, when they quickly solved my problem, didn't come up with those unexpected up charges that plumbers like to suprise you with, and impressed me with their honesty and friendliness Based on that, I had them return this week for a diagnostic look at my a/c system and heater. No problems found, he left without any high-pressure scare tactics. I'm certainly going to use them when this old system gives out.
