I was coming down Red Hills Parkway right in the area where it changes from 50 mph to 40 mph and one of your trucks pulled up behind me and tailgated me for about a mile and a half. I scheduled an appointment with Superior Foundation and even took time off work to be available. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment, they rescheduled. When I asked for a reason, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional—they made a comment about “lifting a building,” which felt sarcastic rather than informative. From beginning to end, the staff were professional & friendly. The work crew doing the work made every effort to keep us informed as to what they were doing. When the job was done, they left the property clean up and everything that they had to move was put back into place. Thank you guys for a job well done!
