After taking my deposit Richard informed me he quoted me incorrectly and the work would would be almost double the original price. I canceled my order and asked for the deposit to be returned. Richard had already cashed my deposit. He eventually mailed me a check in return but ended up leaving me three voicemails asking to wait to cash the check because he didn't have sufficient funds and was waiting on $15000 from another customer. I went out of my way to get the check cashed at the issuing ban

We had 11 windows replaced the price was great and the service was very good and the installers were very pleasant and professional

I highly recommend them they did 15 replacement windows no more painting inside or out
