I have a 50% deposit and shutters were defective and one cut backwards. The installer asked me if I wanted to pay the balance and I said no. I called Julie and discussed the problems, she and the installer came back to "fix" the shutters. The shutters stil are not shutting properly and the installer went through the shutters w the screws. I called Julie and asked that the shutters be taken down and return my deposit, no response. I sent several emails and no response DO NOT use this company
