UPDATE: Jonathan got right on our ticket. I transferred him to the correct coworker, and listened while he helped solve the hack. He got the coworker set up with 2-factor authentication, kicked the hacker out of the email, and also scanned the coworker's computer for malware and other threats. He worked quickly and resolved this issue in practically no time. Very impressive! UPDATE: *Andrew was able to help me find my new printer on the network and get it set up so that my coworkers were able t
