It appears that my review has been taken down. Interesting response from SunSpace- essentially the same response they gave the BBB in February yet they still have not shown up nor made contact with us. UPDATE 4/6/2026- Well the BBB has an open case but so far has not been helpful. SunSpace has contacted us in months and now we have contacted a lawyer. It just keeps getting worse! As a follow-up, there were some stains on the ceiling and it took months for someone to come out and look at them. It was determined by the agent that the stained panels came from the manufacturer that way. I was assured they would get to the bottom of it by finding out how to remove stain and provide paint to match in case it was needed. That was many months ago with no contact from Sunspace. Their follow through leaves much to be desired. After three years, the stains remain. Worked with me t
