This Company completely ghosted me. Been waiting on quote for 4 months. Read the reviews, and now wonder if that was for the best. The materials they use seem cool thought, so I made it 2 stars. I need to replace my deck and Sunspace by Spectrum did a fantastic job. Chris enlightened me to a variety of options, most which were unknown to me. Instead of just replacing everything wood, I went with an aluminum deck and a stamped concrete patio. Results were beyond expectations. I have received many compliments. Additionally, the crew was extremely professional and diligent.

BUYER BEWARE: As you can see by a few other RECENT post this company does not get back with their customers. Awning's are an investment for you home. It's pretty sad when this company won't give you a call back with a tentative date to come look at the problem before the manufacture warranty is up. Yes all this was brought to their attention. I would suggest before you hire this company do a little more home work and maybe get a few more quotes. A few dollar more spent on a product will save yo
