1 star for Lacking customer service. BUYER BEWARE I have still to receive an answer via phone call or email to remedy yard damage done by trucks after we seeded from LAST YEAR. I was told by the office MANY times I would be getting a call back. still waiting.. they thought a good idea to drive up the yard rather than walk up the driveway and created this mess. If this was the only issue with lacking customer service, I would let it be. But unfortunately, it is not.

I just wanted to express how nice it is that your company employs developmentally disabled individuals. I saw one of your trucks at the home Depot in Lake Zurich parked in the loading zone going the wrong way and blocking the exit and it wasn't until I saw your employee come out of the store that I realized that he was special needs. Yay for you guys and so nice to see that your company will hire those with disabilities 🙏
