Ivan and his team did great work. They were easy to communicate with, very kind and it was overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Very bad service. Mr. Juan was supposed to come and repair a window, but he never showed up. We had to keep chasing him down to get him to do the job, and then he sent his brother instead. Besides that, his prices are high. I had worked with him for years, but it seems his priority is no longer his customers or their satisfaction! It's a shame there are so few people working with glass in Pasadena.

I’ve worked with Juan and Sunset Glass for years on multiple projects and even referred them to family and friends because the work was always solid and punctual in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I hired them to re-caulk my bathroom tub and tile. The appointment was cancelled twice, and when the technician finally came, he showed up more than 2 hours late. This caused me to lose work time. When I brought it up, I was told it was because I hadn’t sent
