Dwayne was the best! I had an ugly job - replacing old spiral balancers. To add to it, the window clips were discontinued. Not every glass/window company would even take the job because the spiral balancers are a pain... worse when old. Anyway, I tried to source my own on Amazon, that didn't work out. Dwayne saw our struggle and oh.my.gosh, the are super smooth to open and they actually stay open! I am so very thankful for Dwayne's persistence and commitment to the task. Thanks Sunny State
