Wow great customer service today for an issue we had with our new generator. The moment Fernando Diaz came to our front door he was so helpful. He explained the issue and got everything hooked up to internet etc. I can’t tell you how important it is when you experience a problem and you have a person show up wanting to help and has a smile on his face and it was so hot out too.
