I purchased plantation shutters for my entire home approximately 20 years ago through Sunburst Shutters, Shades & Blinds. Recently one of the veins required repairs. I remember at the time of purchase that the company stated that the product has a lifetime warranty. I thought to myself, they are probably out of business after all these years. DJ came out about 2 months ago to measure our 7 windows for indoor poly plantation shutters: 3 full arched, 2 half arched, and 2 regular. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and answered our questions freely. He even put up with my many texts questioning things after he was here. Steve came out this morning (12/24/2025) to install all. He also was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and walked us through the whole process. All 7 poly plantation shutters were installed in a
