Jose came here and made my bedroom carpet look brand new compared to the mess of what my fur baby left. I was happy to see a drastic change in appearance. He has great communication skills ddnt try to make me pay for unnecessary items only what I definitely needed and wanted. This company I great & I would total use this service again in the future. The cleaner was very helpful and worked to get the carpet as clean as possible. He went over everything at least 2 or 3 times to make sure it was to my liking. Happy with my results.
