A few areas to improve. The team did a good job on documenting and creating the official narrative for the home inspection. Met the VA loan paperwork requirements. However, the write ups were weak and there seemed to be limited effort doing the hard assessments such as drone footage of the roof or spending more time beyond the attic entrance in the garage to assess any other issues out of sight. Excellent company. They set up the home inspection within 2 days and it was a Saturday! Knowledgeable and complete inspection at a fair price!
