Oleg completed a mold inspection in my son’s bathroom. This is my second time using him because he has proven to be honest, reliable, and thorough. What I appreciate most is that he never tries to sell unnecessary services. He inspected the stains in the bathroom and explained that they were simply water stains — not mold — and that all we needed was a small fix from a local handyman. Most companies would have charged an inspection fee and tried to upsell services we didn’t need, but not Oleg.

Oleg was professional and cleaned out and mitigated a small area of older dry mold that we had in our house behind our water main from a leak, probably years ago. Even though this wasn't a current issue, we wanted to ensure that there were no traces of mold. So we removed drywall to ensure he got every last bit of it! He did a fantastic job!
