The staff was professional and polite. They worked quickly to get me an estimate, order the insert and install it. They made the whole process easy. I highly recommend them.

Summit was the only place that actually helped me get the fireplace insert I wanted. All other stores I went to they tired to get me to buy a gas fireplace when I wanted electric. Ted was great to work with and I love my electric fireplace.

We bought this house with the gas fireplace insert in March of this year. In October, we finally decided to light it up. No fire. The manual didn't explain well how to change batteries in the igniter. Had to call the Canadian Manufacturer to find somebody in Oakland who knows what they're doing.
