I’m paying for their “advantage” plan as part of a new system that says “24/7 service”. I called on Monday afternoon and because of call volume the call was answered by a call center in the Philippines. That person can only do what the computer allows - scheduled me for service on Thursday. I called Tuesday morning and was told in spite of my contract and nearly $4,000/year payments the service would stay on Thursday. The first tech arrived Thursday afternoon.
