Because the boss was watching and making sure you did your very best I gave you a 5 star review... all jokes aside excellent customer service skills, very informative in helping us find the right size storage for our needs, didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need. 10/10 would and will use in the future.

Had a small issue with my unit. Laura at the office notified me immediately and went above and beyond my expectations in notifying me and assisting me. Justin was also a big help in helping me move some stuff to fix the issue. Great place for storage!
