I’d like to share my experience specifically with Nick of stone craft masters. I hired him about 2.5 years ago to create a custom stone counter top for my outdoor kitchen. We selected a stone based on his recommendation for outdoor durability and function. The stone was installed and the job initially came out beautiful. About 16 months into use the stone he custom cut and installed started to crack. After seeing the first large crack I contacted him and set up an appointment date but he never s
