Beware, a clogged sewer can be a pain but, an uncaring contractor can destory your home leaving you to pick up the pieces. Dec. 18, 2025 am, my sewer backed up, used NextDoor app and found Stinnet Pumbing Sewer. They came out 12/19, said can take care of for 3 to 5 thousand. Ok. They, Randy Stinnet, said he would get me qoute and contract by email right away. They cut 2 sections out of sidewalk, cut out the driveway, got the toilets flushing in a day and a half. Randy and his assistant came to help us mid snowstorm when we had a gas leak in our water heater line. We were nervous and didn’t know what to do, so I called Randy after seeing that he worked emergency hours. He came to our house an hour and a half later and quickly fixed the leak and replaced the valve with a new one that was up to code. It’s so reassuring knowing we can call him when an issue comes up in the future!

Randy is a fine plumber, but he’s tied for really really bad businessman and communicator. If you have him do anything above basic plumbing I’d recommend getting a line item estimate and invoice. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM HIM. We had a septic emergency, Randy came over and assessed and could get to it right away. Total was $28k for that and some house plumbing, he had good reviews online. We couldn’t use the kitchen until it was fixed so we scheduled it and paid. New septic doesn’t leave yo

Randy and his team came to us same day as we had a plumping emergency. They were kind, professional, and affordable. The turnaround time with quality work is just something you do not see often anymore. I highly recommend. Thank you guys sooo much
